Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PHRN to support grievance and case appeals activities in a back-office, non-voice healthcare operations environment. The ideal candidate must have an active nursing license and relevant experience in grievance and appeals processes.

Qualifications

• PHRN with an active license.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) status.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in grievance and case appeals.

• Experience in back-office/non-voice healthcare operations.

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

• Willing to attend full onsite training and work onsite 2x per week once in production.

• Candidates with frequent job changes of less than one year may not be considered.
