- Handle concerns professionally while maintaining empathy and confidentiality.

- Deliver excellent customer service and meet account performance standards.

Qualifications

- High School/Senior High School graduate or College graduate.

- Freshers and applicants with/without BPO experience are welcome to apply.

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

- Comfortable using computers and basic office applications.

- Willing to learn healthcare processes and systems.

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

- Willing to work onsite and follow the required schedule.
