The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) expertise to configure, support and optimise cloud applications and integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications and integrations.

• Design and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Work with APIs, web services and cloud-based application integrations.

• Maintain application configuration and process documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

• Support and train end users on application functionality.

• Stay updated on integration technologies, best practices and industry trends.

• Act as an SME and contribute to technical problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) – mandatory.

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Strong understanding of application integration methodologies.

• Experience with cloud application deployment and management.

• Knowledge of APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with low-code development platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Applicants must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work there.
