JOB TITLE: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Role Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
  
• Provide solutions to work-related problems
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)​

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
• Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management
• Familiarity with APIs and web services for application connectivity
• Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions
  
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
  
• Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
