*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience

- Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)

- Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment

- Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

- Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders

- Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
