What You'll Do

As an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals and support their day-to-day performance.

- Drive outbound sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including objection-handling and conversion techniques.

- Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and sales professionals to build high-performing teams.

- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create and execute action plans and course-correction strategies to improve team results.

- Manage short-term operational activities and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

- Support inbound and outbound telesales activities, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Engage with existing customers, previous customers, and prospective customers through targeted sales initiatives.

- Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Lead specialized projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Take ownership of operational decisions within the assigned scope.

- Improve processes and day-to-day team activities to increase productivity and performance.

- Build an engaging, motivated, and performance-driven sales culture.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience

At least 2–3 years of leadership experience managing leaders or teams at a Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Sales, Outbound Sales, Coaching, or Operations level

Strong background in Outbound Sales

Proven expertise in objection handling and conversion strategies

Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams

Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics, coaching, and action planning

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and highly engaging personality

Ability to develop strategies and implement effective course corrections when needed

Comfortable making operational decisions and driving team performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry

Experience supporting Cruise Lines, Hotels, or Travel-related accounts

Important Requirements

Must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City

Must be willing to work on a Graveyard Shift schedule

Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred
