Teleperformance is hiring experienced Operations Supervisors for the Telco / Telco Sales account. We are looking for strong leaders with BPO operations experience who can manage teams, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer service results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer service operations

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of agents

• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI targets are achieved

• Handle customer escalations and operational concerns

• Improve team productivity, quality, and overall process efficiency

• Support both technical and non-technical customer service operations

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Operations Supervisor in a BPO setup

• Background in Telco or Telco Sales is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift

Strong candidates without telco experience may still be considered based on overall profile and leadership experience.
