*Location*: Alphaland, Makati City, Philippines

*About the Role*
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team under our T-Mobile account. The role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring service quality, and handling day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of agents to meet KPIs and business targets
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and ensure resolution of complex customer concerns
- Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with client standards
- Collaborate with support teams to address operational needs
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

*Non-Negotiable Requirements*
- Must have BPO/Telco background
- Must have leadership/supervisory experience of at least 6 months
- Amenable to work onsite in Alphaland, Makati City
- Amenable to graveyard shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications*
- Experience handling voice accounts, preferably telco
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
- Experience with workforce tools and reporting
