Job Title: Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) – Content Moderation

Salary: Up to PHP 110,000

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Content Moderation team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Trust and Safety or Content Moderation within a BPO environment and be capable of driving operational excellence, team performance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Content Moderation specialists to achieve operational goals.

• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans.

• Ensure adherence to Trust and Safety policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present operational reports and business insights to senior management.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in a BPO environment.

• Strong experience in Trust and Safety and/or Content Moderation.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in policy-based support related to Ad Reviews.

• Knowledge of billing processes, including invoicing and payment method concerns.

• Experience in campaign setup, ad creation, and account configuration.

• Understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, targeting, and conversion tracking.

• Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a graveyard shift.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
