Onsite – Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City

Shift: Rotating/Shifting Schedule

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Operations Lead with strong production support and TSYS expertise.

Requirements:

College graduate

10+ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of TSYS platforms

Experience in production support

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & SQL

ISO 8583

Unix/Linux

Database Management

Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace

Strong leadership and incident management skills

Stable employment history (not a job hopper)

Must not be a current or former Wipro employee
