WE ARE HIRING: Operational Technology (OT) Security Specialist / Team Lead

Work Setup: Hybrid in Cubao

⏰ Work Shift: Shifting Schedule

Salary Range: ₱65,000 – ₱200,000 / month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security to support and deliver security managed services across client environments. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives.

• Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives.

• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and capability.

• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.

• Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk mitigation.

• Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.

• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT.

• Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Cubao on a shifting schedule.

• Must be currently residing in the Philippines with full legal authorization to work in the country.
