Job Title: Operational Lead

Work set up: 100% onsite in Taguig

Work shift: Night shift

Salary budget: PHP 30,000 – PHP 45,000 (plus 1 month basic salary joining bonus)

Experience: 5 years

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, in BPO, preferably in a high-volume call center environment focused on customer service delivery.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

• Full commitment to 100% onsite work.

• Flexibility to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.
