Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to provide excellent customer support in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the flexibility to work onsite in a shifting or night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Communicate with customers in Spanish and English through appropriate communication channels.

• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required.

• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate.

• Conversational Spanish language skills are required; advanced certification is not necessary.

• Bilingual Spanish Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.

• Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

• Willing to work on a night or shifting schedule.

• Available to start ASAP.
