Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director for Operations to lead operational functions, drive business performance, and manage cross-functional initiatives within a US Healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong senior leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage change, develop talent, and deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational teams and business functions.

• Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and service delivery.

• Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

• Lead and influence teams effectively, including without direct authority.

• Develop and implement change management initiatives.

• Drive succession planning and employee upskilling programs.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational and time-management standards.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure business objectives and operational requirements are met.

• Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Prior US Healthcare experience is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.

• Strong ability to lead and influence others without direct authority.

• Strong change management capabilities.

• Experience in succession planning and upskilling team members.

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
