We are looking for a skilled NOC Mainframe Operator to join our Command Center team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in batch job operations, console monitoring, and SLA-critical job handling within a mainframe environment.

This role requires hands-on experience in monitoring tools and the ability to handle batch abends in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage mainframe batch job operations.

Perform console monitoring and respond to WTOR messages.

Handle batch job abends and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor SLA-critical jobs and escalate incidents as needed.

Support IPL and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.

Work in a Command Center/NOC environment.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2–3 years of experience in NOC Mainframe operations.

Experience in TWS or any batch job monitoring tool.

Hands-on experience in Batch Jobs Monitoring.

Experience in Console Monitoring.

Experience handling batch job abends.

Experience working in a Command Center environment.
