Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the applications developed meet the specified requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.


Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support team members in overcoming technical challenges and roadblocks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development principles
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum of 5 years of experience in React Native
• This position is based at our Cebu office.
