Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French) | IT Help Desk | Taguig

About the Role

We are looking for multilingual IT Service Desk Analysts who are fluent in Dutch and French to provide first-level technical support to global end users.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or End User Support who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service in a multilingual environment.

Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both Dutch and French.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, password, and access-related issues.

• Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.

• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving user issues accurately and efficiently.

• Escalate complex technical issues following established support procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions.

• Develop expertise in supported applications, systems, and service desk tools.

• Stay up to date with operational procedures, policies, and product knowledge.

• Support Service Desk Specialists with non-complex work orders and service requests as needed.

• Work collaboratively with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Mandatory

• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).

• Good working proficiency in English, as training, documentation, and internal systems are in English.

• Experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or End User Support.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise users in an ITIL or service desk environment.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, password resets, and basic network troubleshooting.
