What You’ll Do

* Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues.

* Document, track, and manage incidents following established processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken, written, and reading).
* At least 2 years of Technical Support or IT Help Desk experience.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* Willing to work onsite in Taguig City on a shifting schedule.
* Candidates with PRV, TRV, or those requiring a work visa are welcome to apply.
