About the Role

We are looking for a trilingual Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch, French, and English to provide exceptional technical support to end users. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Candidates with technical support or service desk experience are highly encouraged to apply. Visa processing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Respond promptly and accurately to user inquiries and service requests.

• Troubleshoot technical issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources.

• Escalate complex issues through the appropriate support channels when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions.

• Develop a strong understanding of support tools, products, policies, and operational procedures.

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) by delivering quality work within defined timelines.

• Work closely with management, colleagues, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support the Service Desk team with service requests, work orders, and other assigned operational tasks.

• Adhere to assigned work schedules, shifts, breaks, and rest days.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken, written, and reading proficiency required).

• Working proficiency in English.

• Technical Support or Service Desk experience is preferred.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

• Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
