Role Overview

We are urgently hiring Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing multilingual support team in Quezon City. This role is open to candidates with or without prior BPO experience — full training is provided. You'll handle customer interactions across phone, chat, and email in both English and Vietnamese, delivering excellent service to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels
  
• Provide customer support in both English and Vietnamese
  
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs
  
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds
  
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools
  
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals
  
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
  
• Fluent and spontaneous speaker of Vietnamese, able to use the language effectively in a professional setting
  
• Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
  
• Working knowledge of English required (training and client systems are in English)
  
• Previous collections experience highly preferred but not required
  
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process highly preferred but not required
  
• Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)
  
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule
