 Location: Quezon City, Philippines

 Salary: PHP 34,746 – PHP 110,027.33/month
 Sign-on Bonus: PHP 20,000 + Incentives
 Openings: 20
 Target Start: September 2026
 Availability: ASAP

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent and spontaneous in Thai
• Able to communicate effectively in a professional environment
• Working knowledge of English required for training and client systems
• BPO experience is not required
• Collections experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also apply
• Must be willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat and email
• Provide customer support in Thai and English
• Assist with account, billing, service and product-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction targets
• Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving
