Salary Package: ₱39,112.60 – ₱69,679.33 (Negotiable based on experience)

Incentives: ₱20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Performance Incentives

​Position Overview

​We are seeking Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to manage and elevate client interactions for our international business. In this role, you will assist customers through multiple communication channels, resolving account concerns and driving customer satisfaction with clear, professional language skills.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer support across phone, chat, email, and other support channels in both Vietnamese and English.

​Issue Resolution: Support clients with account inquiries, billing issues, service requests, and general product information.

​Process Management: Apply basic collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge (where relevant) to help resolve customer account matters efficiently.

​Documentation: Accurately log, track, and update customer interaction records in internal tools and database systems.

​Performance Metrics: Consistently meet target operational goals for service quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

​Cross-Cultural Communication: Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance to clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

​Qualifications

​Language Skills: Spontaneous, highly fluent, and professional-level proficiency in Vietnamese (spoken and written), including an understanding of subtle or implied meanings.

​English Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of English, as all internal systems, client communications, and training modules are conducted in English.

​Experience:

​BPO experience is not required (open to entry-level candidates and career switchers).

​Prior background in Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is a strong advantage.

​Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the Philippines. Open to non-Filipino candidates with a valid Working Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.

​Work Setup: Ability to work onsite in Quezon City under a shifting or night shift schedule.
