Salary Package: ₱34,746 – ₱60,946 (Negotiable based on experience)

​Position Overview

​We are looking for Thai-speaking Customer Support Specialists to deliver exceptional service to our international clients. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound customer support via phone, chat, email, and other designated channels in both Thai and English.

​Issue Resolution: Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and general product information.

​Process Knowledge: Utilize Order-to-Cash (O2C) and collections concepts (where applicable) to resolve complex account issues.

​Documentation: Accurately record and document all customer interactions using internal systems and client tools.

​Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed operational KPIs for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

​Cross-Cultural Communication: Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication across diverse customer backgrounds.

​Qualifications

​Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Thai (spoken and written), with the ability to navigate complex conversations and subtle meanings.

​English Skills: Strong working knowledge of English, as training and client systems are strictly in English.

​Experience:

​BPO experience is not required (open to fresh graduates or career changers).

​Prior experience in Collections or the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred.

​Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines. Open to non-Filipino applicants with a valid Working Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.

​Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City under a shifting or night shift schedule.
