Salary Package: ₱38,239.33 – ₱60,946.00 (Negotiable based on experience)

​Position Overview

​We are seeking Bahasa Indonesia-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support to international clients through multiple channels, resolving customer inquiries, managing account needs, and ensuring high-quality service using fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound support requests through phone, chat, email, and other service channels in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

​Issue Resolution: Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and general product assistance.

​Process Management: Apply basic concepts of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and collections (where applicable) to support customer account resolution.

​Documentation: Accurately log, update, and track customer interaction details using internal systems and CRM software.

​Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve performance targets across quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction metrics.

​Cross-Cultural Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic assistance to a diverse client base.

​Qualifications

​Language Skills: Spontaneous and professional-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written), with the ability to understand complex discussions and subtle context.

​English Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of English, as training modules, documentation, and internal client systems are provided in English.

​Experience:

​BPO experience is not required (open to entry-level candidates and career changers).

​Prior background in Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is highly preferred.

​Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines. Open to non-Filipino applicants holding a valid Working Visa or Temporary Resident Visa.

​Work Setup: Willingness and availability to work onsite in Quezon City under a shifting or night shift schedule.
