Role: Multilingual Customer Support Executive – Bahasa (Indonesia)

Language: Bahasa (Indonesia) (Fluent) – Mandatory

Work Schedule: Rotational / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 38,239.33 – PHP 60,946.00

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support channels.

• Provide customer support in Bahasa (Indonesia) and English.

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Communicate professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent in Bahasa (Indonesia) (spoken and written).

• Working knowledge of English is required.

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.

• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship should mention it during the application process.
