Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.

• Provide professional customer support in Thai and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Thai.

• Able to communicate naturally and professionally in Thai.

• Working knowledge of English (training and internal systems are in English).

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Previous Collections experience is an advantage but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not required.

• Must have the legal right to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa/work authorization.
