Job Summary
We are looking for fluent Khmer-speaking professionals to join a dynamic customer support team. This role requires excellent communication skills in Khmer and a working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

Previous experience in collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage but is not required.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional customer support in Khmer.
* Communicate clearly and confidently in a professional business environment.
* Understand and respond to complex customer enquiries accurately.
* Use English for training, documentation, and internal communication.
* Maintain high-quality customer service while meeting operational standards.

Qualifications
* Fluent and spontaneous verbal communication in Khmer (Cambodian).
* Ability to understand and communicate complex conversations, including implied meanings.
* Working knowledge of English.
* Must possess a valid work visa/right to work in the Philippines.

* Previous collections experience.
* Experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
* Experience using Khmer in a professional or business environment.
