Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team! You will assist customers with mortgage inquiries, loan applications, and account concerns, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts.

• Assist with loan applications, payments, and account updates.

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level – required.

• Minimum 1 year mortgage experience – required.

• Strong Customer Service or BPO experience (preferably from banking industry).

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Amenable to Work From Home setup with shifting schedules.

• Stable internet connection and conducive workspace.
