Role Overview

We are seeking an MIS Executive to support reporting and data analysis for a UK Financial Customer Service vertical. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and experience in a BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities

Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards


Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities


Support workforce management and contact center operations with data-driven insights


Develop and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency


Collaborate with operations, WFM, and other stakeholders to meet reporting requirements


Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports


Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business decisions


Maintain documentation of reporting processes and standards


Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in:


Statistics


Mathematics


Engineering


Business Administration


Information Technology


Computer Science – required


2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience in a BPO environment – required


At least 2 years supporting contact center or WFM operations – required


Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation – required


Knowledge of contact center/WFM metrics preferred


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
