Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive / Analyst with strong reporting and data analysis skills to support contact center and WFM operations. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and analysing operational data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards.

• Analyse operational and workforce data and identify trends.

• Support contact center and WFM teams with accurate and timely reporting.

• Track key contact center/WFM metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

• Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements from operations and management.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve reporting/data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science.

• 2–4 years of MIS/Reporting experience in a BPO environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting contact center or WFM operations.

• Strong experience in MS Excel and dashboard creation.

• Knowledge of contact center/WFM metrics preferred.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
