About the Role

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting scalable CRM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Priority will be given to candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. Relevant project experience must be clearly highlighted in the CV.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform capabilities.

• Develop integrations and support Dataverse, data modeling, migration, and data quality.

• Participate in the complete SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and release management.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders.

• Follow coding, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.

• Strong experience in:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM customization & configuration

  • Dataverse

  • API & system integrations

  • C#

  • .NET

  • JavaScript

  • Data handling and solution deployment

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.

• CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of CRM processes such as Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations.
