We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service

  • Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Dynamics 365 Field Service

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications.

• Knowledge of .NET development and SQL Server.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills.

• Able to work independently, collaborate with teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and business applications.

• Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

• Participate in technical discussions and provide solutions to complex problems.

• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM best practices.

Work Location

Must be flexible to report onsite at any Manila office location, including:

Taguig | BGC | Alabang | Cubao | Mandaluyong
