Salary: 40,000 max offer, but willing to extend until 45,000 based on qualifications

• Must have a helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience).

• Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.

• Must have experience supporting a BPO environment.

• At least 6 months of experience in training or teaching-related tasks.

• Must be an IT graduate or an undergraduate with at least 2 years of college.

• Candidates with telco or general tech backgrounds will not be accepted (automatically rejected).
