If you have 2-3 years experience in Risk Adjustment Coding, Medical Coding, CPC - RA Coder, People Management, SME, Team Leadership, this role is for you. Active PHRN license required.

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Lead and manage a team of Risk Adjustment Medical Coders

- Oversee day-to-day coding operations and ensure productivity and quality targets are met

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members

- Handle escalations and ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements

- Monitor team performance and provide reports to management

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of risk adjustment coding tasks

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- At least 2-3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience

- With at least 1 year SME / People Manager experience

- Active PHRN license required

- Certificate / Credentials: CPC (RA Coder)

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule

- Willing to work on temporary WFH setup
