Marketing Operations Manager – B2B Growth Marketing

Location: Taguig City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support B2B growth marketing initiatives through marketing automation, campaign operations, CRM management, data governance, demand generation, and performance analytics.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing operations professional who can connect marketing technology, campaign execution, lead management, analytics, and revenue-focused processes to improve marketing performance at scale.

You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to build efficient workflows, improve campaign execution, maintain data quality, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

• Build, execute, monitor, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.
  
• Develop audience segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing journeys, and lifecycle workflows.
  
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, tracking, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and according to established processes.
  

CRM, Marketing Technology & Data Management

• Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Marketo or similar MAP platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  
• Maintain accurate and reliable marketing data through data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, and governance processes.
  
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle stages, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve the marketing technology stack and operational efficiency.
  

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  
• Analyze marketing performance data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve targeting, campaign efficiency, and demand-generation performance.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to establish meaningful marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  

Account-Based Marketing & Personalization

• Support account-based marketing programs using platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar ABM technologies.
  
• Develop account-level targeting, intent-based campaigns, and personalized marketing workflows.
  
• Partner with Sales to coordinate ABM initiatives and improve lead/account handoffs.
  
• Support personalization strategies across target accounts and buying groups.
  

Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within marketing workflows.
  
• Design and implement scalable, automated processes.
  
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
  
• Drive continuous improvement across marketing operations and campaign processes.
  

Required Qualifications

​

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Growth Marketing, or a closely related field.
  
• Experience working in B2B marketing, preferably within digital-first or technology-driven organizations.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or another Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
  
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign execution, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and lead lifecycle management.
  
• Experience with marketing data governance, lead routing, data hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment.
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and analyzing funnel and campaign performance.
  
• Exposure to ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus is highly desirable.
  
• Experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage.
  
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

You should be able to work independently, collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams, and translate marketing data into practical actions that improve pipeline and revenue performance.
