JOB TITLE: MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to support growth marketing initiatives. This role will focus on marketing automation, campaign operations, data management, lead lifecycle workflows, and demand generation performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to build efficient processes and deliver measurable marketing results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING AUTOMATION & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

• Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.

• Manage segmentation, scoring models, and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) tools.

• Support end-to-end campaign operations, including tracking, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting.

SYSTEM & DATA MANAGEMENT

• Manage marketing technology stack components such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.

• Maintain data quality, hygiene, and governance.

• Manage lead routing, deduplication, and data enrichment processes.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT & INSIGHTS

• Build dashboards and performance reports to track funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, targeting, and overall effectiveness.

ABM & PERSONALIZATION

• Leverage platforms such as Demandbase or equivalent ABM tools for account-level campaigns and intent-based targeting.

• Support personalized outreach initiatives.

• Partner with Sales teams to operationalize ABM programs and ensure effective lead handoff processes.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

• Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions.

• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training resources for cross-functional teams.

• Continuously improve marketing operations processes and campaign efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing, preferably within B2B digital-first organizations.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo or similar MAP platforms, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong background in marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and data governance.

• Experience building dashboards, analyzing funnel metrics, and improving campaign performance.

• Exposure to ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus is an advantage.

• Experience with BI tools is an advantage.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
