Are you an experienced Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in BPO Service Desk solutions, bid management, consulting, and P&L ownership?

We're looking for a strategic leader who can own complex enterprise bids, develop winning solution strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value IT Service Desk consulting solutions.

This role combines business development, solution consulting, bid leadership, proposal management, and client engagement for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

As Manager – Pre-Sales & Solutions, you will lead the complete bid lifecycle while ensuring commercially competitive and technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for enterprise Service Desk opportunities.

• Own large and strategic bids from qualification through contract award.

• Develop winning commercial and operational solutions.

• Drive proposal strategy, pricing support, and value proposition development.

• Build high-quality RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.

• Manage bid governance following Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).

• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Operations, Solution Architects, and Finance.

• Develop reusable proposal assets, knowledge repositories, best practices, and solution templates.

• Improve bid quality, proposal turnaround time, and win rates.

• Support sales-to-delivery transition after contract award.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across new and existing enterprise accounts.

• Participate in industry events, customer presentations, and strategic solution discussions.

• Mentor Solution Architects and contribute to capability development across APAC.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of Profit & Loss (P&L) management within an IT consulting or BPO consulting organization

Proven experience leading enterprise pre-sales engagements

Strong Bid Management experience

Extensive experience in Service Desk BPO pre-sales

Experience managing large enterprise bids

Experience creating winning proposals

Experience working with cross-functional consulting teams

Strong stakeholder management experience

Executive-level client presentation skills

Strong commercial awareness

Experience with digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred

Understanding of public sector procurement is an advantage

Willing to travel when required
