Role Overview

We are seeking a Life Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist policyholders with inquiries, claims, and account concerns. You will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding life insurance policies


Assist with policy updates, claims processing, and account concerns


Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases


Document interactions accurately in the system


Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals


Qualifications

BS Nursing – 3rd Year College or Graduate


With or without BPO experience

          

      OR

Completed any Medical Allied Course – 3rd Year College


With 6 months BPO experience


Additional Requirements:


Willing to work onsite


Excellent English communication skills
