Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
  
  
  
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role
  
  
  
  


• Strong expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management (Advanced level)


• Proven People Management experience (leading and developing teams)


• Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools:

  • Articulate 360 AI
  
  
  • Captivate
  
  
  
  


• Proficient in Vyond or equivalent video animation tools (Advanced)


• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate)


• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, etc.) – Intermediate to Advanced


• Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools


• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse learners


• Ability to analyze training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align L&D initiatives with business goals
