Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational  Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management (Advanced).

• Solid background in People Management, with experience leading and developing teams.

• Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as:

• Articulate Rise

• Articulate Storyline

• Articulate 360 AI

• Captivate

• Proficient in using Vyond or other equivalent video animation tools (Advanced).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate).

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, or others) – Intermediate to Advanced.

• Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.

• Ability to analyze training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align initiatives with business goals.
