Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for generating qualified business leads for HR and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B lead generation, telesales, and team leadership, with the ability to drive performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a Lead Generation team.

• Monitor team performance and ensure lead generation targets are achieved.

• Generate quality B2B leads through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.

• Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

• Schedule appointments with potential clients.

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Conduct coaching sessions and provide regular feedback.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM and lead management tools.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of Lead Generation experience.

• At least 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 5 or more team members.

• Experience in B2B Lead Generation or B2B Sales.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiar with CRM and Lead Generation tools.

Preferred

• Experience in telesales or cold calling.

• Experience in HR, Payroll, or SaaS solution selling.

• Strong coaching and people management skills.
