Location: Taguig  

Work Setup: Onsite  

Work Schedule: Day Shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  

Headcount: 3  

Target Start Date: ASAP  

Basic Pay: ₱30,000 to ₱35,000 all-in  

Note: Depends on work experience

Job Purpose

- Main function is to offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines

- Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls

- Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement

- Generate appointments with prospects

Qualifications

- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course. Marketing and Business Management preferred

- Experience in handling a team of 5 or more members. At least 1 year

- With at least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns

- Experience in B2B sales and marketing is a plus

- Excellent customer relationship skills

- Experience in telesales and cold calling is an advantage

- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
