Hiring: Lead Generation Team Lead

Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Salary: PHP 30,000–35,000 (All-in, depending on experience)

Job Purpose:

• Promote and offer HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines.

• Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Generate leads and appointments with prospective clients.

• Drive sales growth through lead generation and referrals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve lead generation targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business Management preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation from sales and marketing campaigns.

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members.

• Experience in B2B sales and marketing is an advantage.

• Experience in telesales or cold calling is preferred.

• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools.
