Work Details

• Work Setup: 100% Onsite

• Schedule: Fixed Night Shift

• Rest Days: May fall on weekends and holidays

• Salary: PHP 18,000 – 21,000 (Non-Negotiable)

• Hiring Process: OTP Process Only (No Walk-In Applicants)

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters

• 1–2 years of experience is an advantage but not required

• No BPO experience required

• Excellent verbal and conversational communication skills

• Willing to work onsite

• Amenable to night shift schedule

• Willing to work weekends and holidays

• For Project-Based role: Must be open to contractual employment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Assist corporate banking clients with inquiries and concerns

• Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism

• Properly document customer interactions
