WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Taguig
WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule
Salary budget: 50K - 100KQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields. Undergraduates with language proficiency are welcome to apply
• With Japanese Native or JLPT N1/N2 competency level: For lower JLPT levels (N5/N4/N3), it’s a MUST to have strong IT skills/experience in True ASP.Net skill/experience
• Ability to communicate both in English and Japanese
• Ability to articulate their ASP.Net experience in Japanese
• Effective written and oral English communication skills
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience working on Web/Application Development Experience in ASP.NET MVC using C, ASP.NET Core, Angular
• Proficient in team-based Delivery Management using Agile Paradigms
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours
• Willing to work in the PhilippinesResponsibilities of the role will include:
• Communicate with the client functional design in charge about the detail of requirement definition and function design in Japanese
• Explain development status and issue with team leads of the client in Japanese Understand the clients originally develop/runtime architecture and develop standards (including deliverable flow, template, description level)
• Perform knowledge transfer about business requirement/functional design written in Japanese to team leaders and members
• Review outputs and confirm quality from the viewpoint of meeting the requirement/functional design
• Confirm the output quality of functional design on the acceptance process
• Review the translation output quality
• Improve auto-translation process, request onshore counterparts to unify description of the functional design if necessary
• Implement web application solutions for various transactional or automation use cases
• Work with a variety of hosting approaches (example: On-Premises or Cloud-based Platforms)
