Job Description

We are hiring a Japanese Bilingual Voice Associate to support an Advertising Search Engine account. The ideal candidate should possess strong Japanese communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle voice-based interactions while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese.

• Provide support for advertising search engine products and services.

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.

• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

• Business-level Japanese language proficiency (Native or Non-native).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.

• Minimum 6 months of Japanese voice account or business-level Japanese voice experience.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a shifting schedule and onsite environment.

• Good computer navigation and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).

• CEFR B1 English proficiency.

• JLPT N1/N2 is preferred for non-native speakers.

• Native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
