We're looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join a global Advertising Search Engines account. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Japanese communication skills who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Japanese and English.

• Provide accurate and timely support while delivering excellent customer service.

• Resolve customer concerns by following established processes and quality standards.

• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall support experience.

• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

• Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.

• At least Senior High School graduate (or High School graduate under the old curriculum).

• Minimum of 6 months of call center or business-level Japanese voice experience.

• Strong Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1/N2 preferred for non-native speakers).

• Candidates with strong Japanese proficiency close to JLPT N1 may also be considered.
