IT Service Desk

Work Setup: Onsite in Pampanga or BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Shifting (Day or Night shifts)

Budget: Up to ₱45,000

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide first and second-line investigation and diagnosis.


• Resolve and close incidents/service requests following Service Desk procedures and timelines.


• Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.


• Log all incident/service request details according to procedures.


• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding incident progress.


• Ensure tickets are updated regularly until resolution.


• Manage, prioritize, and document incoming support requests (phone, email, chat, or in-person).


• Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues.


• Install and configure necessary software to meet end-user needs.


• Escalate serious issues to relevant teams.


• Ensure optimal network performance.


• Perform system updates, maintenance, and tests to prevent service interruptions.


• Monitor and report on Service Desk tickets.
