Core Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries seamlessly over the phone, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product/service information, and drive first-contact resolution (FCR).

• Meet daily operational targets including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, quality assurance (QA) standards, and average handling time (AHT).

• Document all customer interactions efficiently in the CRM database during and after calls.
