Insurance Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Insurance/BPO professionals to support policy servicing, carrier coordination, billing, premium management, and customer communication within a non-life insurance environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, particularly Home and Auto insurance, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; OR

• Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 18 months of BPO experience.

• Required: Relevant experience in non-life insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C).

• Experience with Home and Auto insurance is preferred/required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

• Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.

• Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.

• Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or similar platforms.

• Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurance carriers.

• Ensure accurate and timely exchange of policy-related information.

• Maintain policy documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables Management

• Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment-related concerns.

• Handle premium collections and receivables inquiries.

• Perform account reconciliation and follow up on outstanding items.

• Respond to billing-related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulated-industry standards.

High-Volume Communication & Call Handling

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.

• Serve as a primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries.

• Clearly explain policy changes, billing information, and required next steps.

• Maintain service-level expectations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Provide professional and accurate assistance to all stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong background in Non-Life Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C).

• Experience with Home and Auto insurance is highly preferred.

• Previous BPO experience is mandatory based on the education/experience criteria above.

• Knowledge of insurance policy servicing, billing, endorsements, renewals, and carrier coordination.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in an onsite setup in Taguig.
